Latest Updates at ICT Mumbai : Institute of Chemical Technology (ict) has recently released a list of Qualified candidates for Ph.D. (Tech.) December-January 2022-23 and a list of Qualified and Non-Qualified candidates for Ph.D. (Sci.) December-January 2022-23. Exams for the BTech MHT CET 2023 PCM are scheduled for May 9–May 13. Additionally, the PCB exam for the B.Pharma MHT CET 2023 will be held from May 15 to May 20.
16th May 2023: ICT Mumbai tinkerers’ lab has been newly launched for students go beyond working on the traditional methods and developing hands-on skills in a chemical lab environment.
The Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (ICT Mumbai), a Deemed to be University, came into existence in the year 1933. The institute was established as the Department of Chemical Technology by the University of Mumbai. Many industries and philanthropists helped actively during the commencement of the institute. It was previously known as the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT). The main objective of establishing the institute was to provide focused training and research in several branches of Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, and Pharmacy. ICT Mumbai Admissions:

ICT Mumbai Facilities:
The infrastructure of the campus is spread over an area of 16 Acres of land. Institute of Chemical Technology offers various facilities to its students. These facilities include Library, Classrooms, Training and Placement Cell, Hostels, information Processing Center, Seminar Hall, and Auditorium.
- Library
The library of the institute is a three storied structure and each storey keeps Book Collection, Circulation Center, Bound Volumes of Journals, Photocopying Section, Current Journal with latest issues, Reference Book Section, Theses Sections, and book Bank Section. The books are informative and are of latest editions. It caters to two categories of users namely Internal Users and External Users.
- Training and Placement Cell
The training and placement cell of the institute strives hard to bring various placement opportunities to its students. Th cell conducts various activities to enhance students’ skills and abilities that ultimately increases the possibility of getting recruited by the national and multinational companies.
- Information Processing Center
The Information Processing Center of the Institute of Chemical Technology is also known as IPC ICT. The center provides internet and intranet connectivity to entire institute through fiber optic backbone. There are various dedicated servers to cater the different requirements of the institute.
